Alva Estates
Alva Estates is a limited collection of 18 residences within a private, gated community with 24-hour security, designed to offer an environment of tranquility, privacy and connection with nature, where the architecture incorporates volcanic stone, wood and glass, and an attention to detail that defines each space.
Architectural Concept
The project has been conceived as an integration of architecture and landscape, where each dwelling responds directly to its natural surroundings.
The design combines a contemporary language with elements of mountain architecture, prioritizing the indoor-outdoor relationship, natural ventilation, and the use of light.
More than isolated volumes, the dwellings are understood as spatial systems connected by the landscape, the climate, and the experience of living.
